Under the direction of the Program Manager/Registrar – Registration and Records the Vault Management Office Assistant 3 is responsible for independently providing professional vault management and a variety of complex clerical assignments. Responsibilities may include maintaining record systems, composing correspondence, establishing manual or electronic recordkeeping/filing systems and/or data base files, scanning and indexing files for reference and archiving purposes, and responding to inquiries requiring substantive knowledge of the Registration and Records Office policies and procedures. The incumbent may perform specialized complex word processing  and data entry functions utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
